Located within a 10-minute walk of Sala Comacina and directly along the Greenway Path hiking trail, Villa Tremezzina is well positioned to explore the region and enjoy leisurely, panoramic walks. The famous historic villas of Lake Como with their botanic gardens and museums are all within 25 kilometres, alongside tennis clubs, water sports including waterskiing, hiking routes, and private boat or seaplane tours. Guests also have access to a nearby boutique hotel's facilities, including its restaurant, as an optional extra.
Perched on the hillside in the village of Sala Comacina and opposite the island of Comacina, this modern villa has been designed with the lake views in mind. The light and airy open-plan living space is arranged across different levels, creating comfortable areas for gathering and relaxing. Natural materials from the local area enhance the sense of place throughout.
