On the waterfront of Grande Pevero Bay—one of the Costa Smeralda's most coveted stretches of coastline—Villa Stella is a recently renovated 6-bedroom property for 11 guests with direct sea access and a private dock. The villa looks out over water that shifts between shades of turquoise, green, and deep blue, framed by the pink and reddish granite boulders that define this part of Sardinia's northeastern shore. Porto Cervo centre is less than 10 minutes by car, Pevero Golf Club around the same, and Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport roughly 35 minutes.
There is a particular quality to this corner of the Costa Smeralda that rewards those who arrive by sea as much as by land. From the villa's private dock, the bay opens out toward a scatter of yachts at anchor, and the coastline in either direction is a succession of coves that feel far more remote than their proximity to Porto Cervo would suggest. Cala di Volpe, Liscia Ruja, and Cala Capriccioli are all within easy reach—beaches of fine, pale sand sheltered by sculpted granite formations and backed by wild macchia. On shore, Porto Cervo's piazzetta offers an altogether different rhythm: designer boutiques, long restaurant lunches that stretch into the afternoon, and a waterfront nightlife scene that has drawn an international crowd for decades. Porto Rotondo, with its own quieter charm, is around 30 minutes away.
Inside, the villa is arranged around a spacious living area that flows into an open-plan dining and kitchen space, designed so that the sea is always in view. 4 of the 6 bedrooms are within the main house—3 queen bedrooms and 1 comfortable single bedroom—each with its own private bathroom, finished to a high contemporary standard.. A guest bathroom serves the communal areas.
The remaining 2 queen bedrooms are set outside the main house with independent external access, offering sea views and a degree of separation that suits families or groups travelling together. The outdoor spaces are where the villa truly comes into its own: a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi—both available heated on request—sit within landscaped gardens that run down to the water's edge. Seafront verandas, an alfresco dining area, and a barbecue terrace provide multiple settings for meals and evening drinks as the light softens over the bay. Covered parking for 2 cars is included.
