The villa sits just 5 minutes from Porto Cervo centre, 10 minutes from Pevero Golf Club, and approximately 35 minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
This stretch of the Costa Smeralda coastline is among the most coveted in the Mediterranean. From the villa, guests can walk to the beach and swim out into the crystalline waters of Piccolo Pevero—a bay so sheltered and shallow it feels almost lagoon-like—or set off from the private mooring on a chartered yacht to explore the archipelago. The islands of La Maddalena lie to the north, a protected national park where pink-sand beaches, hidden coves, and waters of almost Caribbean clarity await. Closer to home, the legendary beaches of Grande Pevero, Spiaggia del Principe, and Liscia Ruja are all within a short drive, while the harbour at Porto Cervo offers superyacht-watching, designer boutiques around the Piazzetta, and some of Sardinia's finest restaurants. Private boat charters, in-villa chef services, and treatments in the villa's dedicated massage area can all be arranged.
Inside, the villa has been finished in the classic Costa Smeralda style, with local granite, natural stone, warm wood, and polished marble throughout. The spacious living room flows into a dining area, with broad French windows opening onto a furnished terrace overlooking the bay. A fully equipped kitchen sits adjacent, and a fireplace adds warmth for cooler evenings. Three double bedrooms in the main house each have their own bathroom, while a separate external guest room with ensuite provides additional privacy for 2 more guests.
Outside, the manicured garden descends gently to the shoreline and the villa's private dock. A swimming pool is set within the grounds, and a barbecue area provides an ideal spot for informal suppers under the stars.
