Villa Gabi occupies a hillside position on the western shore of Lake Como, overlooking the water from its heated infinity pool. The property accommodates guests in spacious, light-filled rooms with modern interiors, panoramic terraces, and direct access to the Greenway Path—the lakeside hiking trail that connects the villages along this stretch of the shore.
The Greenway Path is 1 minute on foot from the villa, offering leisurely walks with lake views in either direction. Sala Comacina, with cafés, restaurants, and a ferry stop, is 13 minutes' walk away—though the route is uphill and not suitable for those with reduced mobility. Ossuccio's Sacred Mountain and Villa del Balbianello are within a 25-minute walk. Menaggio and Bellagio can be reached by ferry from Sala Comacina, whilst Como itself is just 40 minutes away by car. Car hire or transfer service is recommended for exploring the wider area.
The interior is bright and contemporary, with a fully equipped kitchen and living and dining spaces that open onto the terrace. A bar area connects the indoor living space to the pool, allowing guests to enjoy drinks whilst looking out across the lake. The large balcony provides a second vantage point for morning coffee or evening aperitivi as the sun sets over the mountains.
Outside, the heated infinity pool commands views across Lake Como and the surrounding peaks. Terraced gardens descend the hillside, planted with greenery that frames the panorama. Private parking is available for up to 3 cars. The villa is well suited to families with older children or small groups of friends seeking a base for exploring the lake's villages, historic villas, and gardens—or simply for days spent between the pool and the terrace, watching the ferries cross the water below.
