Villa Firenze is a 4-storey hillside villa in the San Niccolò neighbourhood of Florence, on the ancient Via dell'Erta Canina — a walled lane that has connected this hillside to the city since medieval times and is recorded in Dante's writing. The villa accommodates 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, with terraces on each floor and views across the Tuscan countryside throughout. Ponte Vecchio is a few minutes' walk downhill.

The route from the villa to the city follows the lower, pedestrian section of Via dell'Erta Canina — grass-covered, bordered by old walls, and offering open views across Florence and the hills beyond — before arriving in San Niccolò, one of the city's oldest and most local neighbourhoods, lined with trattorias, wine bars, and small workshops rather than souvenir shops. The Basilica of San Miniato al Monte sits on the hill above, its Romanesque marble façade visible from much of the city, whilst the Bardini Garden and Piazzale Michelangelo — the broad terrace from which Florence's roofline spreads out below — are both within easy reach on foot. The Chianti countryside, with its cypress roads, vineyards, and hilltop villages, begins a short drive south of the city, making day trips into wine country straightforward to arrange.

The villa's interiors were restored with the involvement of both an architect and an interior designer, and the result is a considered mix of contemporary furnishings and handcrafted details across 4 floors connected by a private elevator. The open-plan kitchen and dining-living area forms the social heart of the house, with a dining table for up to 8 and direct access to the terrace; a small wine cellar with a curated selection adds to the sense of a home set up for proper entertaining. A Bose sound system runs throughout all rooms and the outdoor spaces, fibre internet is available throughout, and every bedroom has its own safe. Air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure comfort across all seasons, and automated blackout blinds are fitted throughout. A water softening system supplies the entire property.

The private garden is planted with roses and a stone fountain, and terraces on each level of the villa provide spaces to sit at different times of day as the light moves across the hills. The main veranda is set up for outdoor dining and looks out over the Tuscan countryside; the mezzanine level of the master suite frames a view of Florence's rooftops and domes.
