Villa Cadorna occupies a waterfront position on the south-western branch of Lake Como, where 5,000 square metres of parkland extend from the house to the lake's edge. The property includes a private pier for boat docking and direct access to the Boat-to-Go service, allowing guests to explore the lake by water as well as by road. Bellagio lies 10 minutes away by car, whilst Como, Lecco, Bergamo, Milan, and Lugano are all reachable within 90 minutes.
Built in the early twentieth century and later restored, the villa retains the character of its origins whilst providing comfortable accommodation for families and groups. The configuration suits 4 couples and up to 5 children, teenagers, or adults happy to share cosier double beds—the bedrooms are intimate in scale, in keeping with the property's historic proportions, though the generous gardens and lakeside setting more than compensate with space to spread out.
The ground floor is arranged around a living room with fireplace and billiard table, a dining room, and a kitchen with direct access to the terrace—an ideal setting for cooking classes or outdoor meals overlooking the water. The first floor contains 5 bedrooms across a mix of queen and smaller double beds, with shared bathrooms serving most rooms. The top floor operates as a self-contained suite with its own living area, kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. A wine cellar occupies the basement.
The gardens are meticulously maintained, with the 15x7-metre swimming pool positioned to face the lake. Pool heating is available, though it operates in connection with the villa's air conditioning system and can raise the temperature by approximately 4°C rather than achieving full heating. The floating pier accommodates private boats as well as rental canoes and SUPs for guests wishing to take to the water.
