The villa accommodates 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and sits a short walk from the centre of Porto Cervo, 5 minutes from Porto Paglia beach, and 30 minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
The Costa Smeralda's celebrated beaches—Pevero, Liscia Ruja, Cala di Volpe, and Capriccioli—are all within easy reach by car, whilst boat trips to the Maddalena Archipelago can be arranged. Porto Cervo itself offers designer boutiques, nightclubs, fine dining at restaurants such as those around the Piazzetta delle Chiacchiere, and a marina filled with yachts throughout the summer season. Pevero Golf Club lies 15 minutes away, Baja Sardinia 15 minutes, Porto Rotondo 35 minutes.
From the entrance gate, a few steps lead down to the ground floor, where a bright living room with a television opens onto the fully equipped kitchen and pantry. The living and dining areas extend onto a large covered terrace with sea views.
