The villa has the privilege of a private jetty and private docking so boats and taxi-boats can dock in front of the property allowing for easy day trip to explore the lake and its picturesque villages. Villa Brienno also provides the unique advantage of its own private boat to hire for the use of up to 6 guests during the daytime. Please note that use of the boat is not permitted after 7pm.
Inside, the ground floor is occupied by a heated indoor pool with waterfall, a well-equipped gym and whirlpool Jacuzzi, all with panoramic views of the lake. There is also a game room to entertain children and adults alike.
