The estate accommodates guests across generous living spaces arranged over multiple levels, with an atmosphere that reflects 2 centuries of careful stewardship.
Como lies approximately 10 minutes by car, Milan around an hour. The lakeside towns of Bellagio, Tremezzo, Varenna, and Menaggio are all within easy reach by road or—more fittingly—by water, with private boats able to moor directly at the villa's dock for day trips across the lake. A gated private pathway connects the property to Torno on foot, providing discreet access to the village's restaurants and shops whilst maintaining the estate's seclusion.
The interior is warm and considered, with furnishings that pair period character with contemporary comfort across spacious living areas. 2 fully equipped kitchens serve both everyday meals and larger gatherings. A gym area and games room provide entertainment for the whole family. An elevator is available on site, primarily for luggage, though guests should note that the villa's multi-level design includes stairs throughout and may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility or very young children. The property is looked after by on-site guardians who live in a separate house at street level, ensuring the villa is well maintained and that guests' needs are attended to promptly.
