From this strategic base, guests can explore Lake Como's treasures with remarkable ease. The villa maintains its own luxury boat moored at the bottom of the funicular in Argegno, offering both speed and comfort for water sports or leisurely lake exploration—particularly useful for accessing lakeside restaurants without the constraints of crowded public ferries. Pigra provides a couple of restaurants and serves as a perfect base for hiking and mountain biking, whilst Argegno offers a wider range of dining options and scheduled water taxi services. Milan Malpensa International Airport lies 75 minutes away by car, with Lugano International Airport 60 minutes distant. Michelin-starred restaurants and winter snowfields sit within 20-30 minutes' drive.

The villa's interiors have been completely reimagined, honouring the Art Nouveau architecture whilst creating thoroughly contemporary living spaces. The ground floor features an attractive dining room, kitchen, drawing room, living room, and study, with an elevator connecting the three main floors. Six of the eight double bedroom suites include ensuite bathrooms, all designed in a contemporary manner whilst respecting the villa's elegant heritage. Each bedroom opens onto a balcony capturing those spectacular south-facing lake and mountain views. The extraordinary third floor provides multiple entertainment zones including two large seating areas, pool table, kitchenette, and media facilities, plus access to two roof terraces—one featuring an attractive island bar and raised viewing platform, perfect for sundowner cocktails. The Liberty Suite, positioned at the villa's tallest point, enjoys wonderful light and stunning views from huge double windows on two sides.

The outdoor area takes full advantage of the spectacular aspect. The 22-metre heated infinity pool, reached by a short walk from the main villa, provides picture-perfect 360-degree views over the lake. The well-appointed pool house, with full-length windows that fold completely away, seems to float above the water and includes a kitchen, island bar, and comfortable seating area. Its green roof serves as an additional sunbathing platform. Multiple alfresco dining locations around the property take advantage of different times of day and aspects, including a large terrace under a pergola overlooking the lake.
