Masseria Pettolecchia is a 5-bedroom private villa set among ancient olive groves between Fasano and Savelletri, on the Adriatic coast of Puglia, accommodating 10 guests. The property sits 1.5 kilometres from the sea, with Brindisi Airport approximately 45 minutes by car, Bari Airport around 1 hour, and the nearest beach just 3 minutes away.

The coastline at Savelletri is the quieter, less commercialised side of Puglia's Adriatic shore — small fishing boats at the harbour, rocky coves tucked into the Regional Park of Dune Costiere, and the equipped lidos of the Fasano coast within easy reach. Alberobello's UNESCO-protected trulli quarter is 30 minutes to the west, whilst the whitewashed hilltop town of Ostuni is around 25 minutes inland. Monopoli, with its walled harbour and small city beach, is 20 minutes to the north, and the hill towns of Locorotondo and Cisternino — with their circular streets and local restaurants serving bombette and grilled meats — lie within the same range. San Domenico Golf Club is under 10 minutes by car.

The interiors reflect the history of the original masseria in their bones whilst feeling unmistakably refined in their decoration: original stone floors, barrel-vaulted Apulian ceilings, and preserved rustic stairwells form the architectural frame, whilst the furnishings draw on Art Deco classicism and pieces from private art collections. The 500-square-metre living space encompasses a lounge, an indoor dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The 3 ground-floor suites each open directly onto the garden and pool, whilst the 2 first-floor suites have their own large private terraces with views reaching to the sea.

Outside, the 200-square-metre heated swimming pool — equipped with cushioned sunbeds and umbrellas on a spacious deck — forms the heart of the outdoor area, with a pool bar, patio, and panoramic terrace extending the living space further. A shaded outdoor gym with Technogym equipment and yoga mats sits within the grounds, alongside an aromatic garden and a centuries-old olive grove of over 6,000 trees. Complimentary bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding countryside. Guests have included access to first-row sunbeds at a private beach club 1.5 kilometres away, which offers à la carte dining, pizza gourmet, and stair access to the sea from June to September. A dedicated concierge and butler service is provided throughout the stay; daily housekeeping, linen changes every 2 days, villa pre-stocking service, and electric car charging are all included.
