Fattoria della Pieve is located in the village of Capannori, at less than a 15-minute drive from the city of Lucca. Pisa is 30 minutes driving away and Florence can be reached within an hour. Nearby there are smaller and beautiful destinations near the coast such as Forte dei Marmi and the Versilia area.

Elegantly refurbished and stylishly restored with traditional materials, this Tuscan villa rental’s interiors develop into two levels. The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden, a formal dining room, an eat-in kitchen featuring a pizza oven and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, there are a sitting room with panoramic views, a double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and four double bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds that can be made into twin beds.
Please note that on the estate, in front of the villa gate, is a second building not yet restored.
