The estate’s gardens drift between cultivated beds and wilder corners, with a small vineyard, vegetable patch and aromatic plantings that thrive in the long Tuscan light. Stone paths meander through the groves, leading back to the house where the character of the mill remains visible in its arches, timber beams and old stone floors. Interiors favour natural materials and a soft, understated palette, creating a welcoming calm throughout the living spaces. The bedrooms — eight in total across the main house and its annexe — are filled with light and individually styled, each with its own bathroom, Egyptian cotton linens and air conditioning.
